Eligibility Criteria for Startup Recognition by Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) for Private Limited Company/ LLP or Firms.
Only Private Limited Companies or LLP or Registered Partnership Firms are eligible.
Annual turnover Should not exceed ₹100 crore for any Financial Year.
Should not be older than 10 years.

Certificate of Incorporation of Company or LLP or Registered Deed of Partneship Firm.
