Tax Exemption under Section 80IAC

Following documents and information are required in process of applying for Tax exemption under section 80IAC. Tax exemption under 80IAC is available for eligible DPIIT recoginised startups.

Documents and informations:

Annual Accounts from date of incorporation ( must be certified by Chartered Accountant)

Income Tax Return Since Incorporation.

MOA ( MoA should be certified by authorized signatory/director. If you have Spice e-MoA then please take a printout get it certified by authorised signatory and upload scanned copy of MoA. Uploaded MoA Should be in print-able PDF.)
